Medical & Injury Disclaimer – We Ride Mongolia

Motorcycle adventure touring is an inherently risky activity. By joining our Mongolia Motorcycle Expedition, you acknowledge and accept that riding through remote terrain, off-road tracks, sand, rocks, river crossings, changing weather conditions, and high-altitude environments involves the risk of accidents, injury, illness, permanent disability, or even death.

All participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to take part in the expedition. You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications that may affect your ability to participate safely before the tour begins.

We strongly recommend that all riders obtain comprehensive travel and adventure motorcycle insurance that covers medical treatment, emergency evacuation, repatriation, and personal accident.

While our team carries a first-aid kit and will make every reasonable effort to assist in the event of an emergency, we are not medical professionals. Medical facilities in remote areas of Mongolia can be limited, and evacuation or access to advanced medical care may be delayed due to weather, terrain, or location.

By participating in our tour, you agree that you do so voluntarily and entirely at your own risk. You release and hold harmless the tour organizers, guides, staff, local partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from injury, illness, medical complications, disability, or death, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct as required by applicable law.

If, in the opinion of the tour leader, your physical or medical condition makes it unsafe for you or the group to continue, we reserve the right to remove you from the expedition without refund. Any medical expenses, evacuation costs, accommodation, transportation, or other related expenses arising from injury or illness remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
